1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Outsidr ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Outsidr is an outdoor events discovery platform that helps users find, join, and create outdoor adventures and activities. We provide outdoor event listings, trail recommendations, adventure meetups, and community features to connect outdoor enthusiasts. Our platform focuses on outdoor activities including hiking, camping, sports, adventure exploration, night life, food & drink events, and travel experiences.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Create events that promote dangerous or illegal outdoor activities
• Share false or misleading information about outdoor locations, trails, or safety conditions
• Use the platform to harass or intimidate other outdoor enthusiasts
• Post inappropriate content that violates community standards for outdoor activities

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Outsidr and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users retain ownership of their event content, photos, and reviews posted on the platform, but grant Outsidr a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Outsidr expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outsidr does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or availability of outdoor events, trails, or locations listed on the platform. Users participate in outdoor activities at their own risk and should exercise appropriate caution and preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Outsidr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during outdoor activities discovered through the platform. Users assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being when participating in outdoor events and activities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

11.1 Premium Subscription

Outsidr offers a Premium Plan subscription that provides additional features, including unlimited event creation and advanced filters (custom budget, start time). Subscription pricing, duration, and features are displayed in the app before purchase.

11.2 Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for each renewal period.

11.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings: iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Outsidr → Cancel Subscription. Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Outsidr → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until that date.

11.4 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Outsidr does not store your payment card details. You agree to the payment terms of the applicable store.

11.5 Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support. Outsidr cannot process refunds directly.

11.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the effective date. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

11.7 Free Plan

Outsidr also offers a free plan with limited features (e.g., up to 3 events per day, basic filters). Free plan users are subject to these Terms.
